Green Tea

Green tea is a non-oxidized tea that comes mainly from China or Japan. Indeed these 2 peoples master its production to perfection. After picking, the leaves are dried to prevent the oxidation reaction. The leaves thus keep their original green hue. Depending on the type of production, the different green teas will release different aromatic profiles and reveal a wide variety of colors.
