Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. You can return your product for a replacement or refund using the payment method you used when you made your purchase.

How do I return an item?

You bought something online and want to return it?

For items purchased online within the last 30 days that you wish to return or exchange, simply contact us at sales@okidotea.com. Be sure to include your order number and a list of the items you wish to return. We will let you know how to proceed.

If your order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Purchases can easily be returned by mail (with no return or processing fees) if you use the prepaid return label.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on the original order unless the return is the result of our error. Please allow at least three weeks for your return to be processed; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
