White Tea

Handmade with a lot of skill to obtain a unique taste, the white tea leaves are not oxidized, it is a very subtle tea with a delicate aroma that comes from the Chinese province of Fujian. White tea is rare, it is produced from buds, it was once reserved for the emperors of China. White teas are also very healthy, they can be stimulating or calming like green tea. They contain the same substances for the defense of the immune system but in a higher concentration. White tea should be prepared like green tea, but should never be drunk with water above 80°C.
