Originating from a new garden project at an altitude of 1,200 meters in eastern Guizhou, this tea harvested from young plants (5 years old) of the Fuding Da Bai cultivar has been grown without chemicals.
Its name (De Jian Long Zhu) refers to the young shoots sprinkled with buds rolled into small pearls that make up this everyday green tea.
Its liquor is fleshy and frankly vegetable, evoking snow peas. A few fruity accents in empyreumatic (smoked mussels) complete the tasting of this thirst-quenching and accessible tea.
